5 Working Day Shipping Guarantee
All our shading systems leave our facility within 5 working days. Our commitment is to ship your custom-made awning within 5 working days of your complete order as long as it is placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
This applies to the continuous 48 states of the USA only.
We only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the USA.
Your completed product ships common carrier out of our New York production facility and can take between 2 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday) for transportation.
Once it leaves our facility transportation time is beyond our control.
You have the option ($35) to receive a call in advance of delivery from the trucking company so you can arrange a time and inspect the box. If you notice any damage to the box which you think might result in damage to the product, please note these concerns on the paperwork from the driver before signing for it. This will better help protect you from a possible freight damage claim once you open the box.
Retractable awnings will be delivered to a ground floor location in a single box which will be about 2 feet longer than the awning width and will weigh about 12 lbs per foot. you may be needed to assist the driver in taking the box safely off the truck.
The customer will be responsible for any fees resulting from a declined or delayed shipment, if such arrangements were made at the customers request.
Your awning has been specifically crafted and custom built for your unique needs which render it unsellable to another customer. If an awning needs to be returned, we can typically salvage the components, if received undamaged.
A 30% restocking fee (on the original sale) will be charged.
If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees.
In order to return your product, you must contact us to get a valid return authorization within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
You must also get your product to a shipper and have it delivered to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
All returns must be complete. If your return is not complete and undamaged, it will be rejected and returned back to you.
